The wrong product was delivered.
1.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
1.3 Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/inserts.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Products purchased during a sale or promotional event.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
3.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), store credit may be provided.
3.3 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
